ok so first this is how i started. meaditeing think about a plain egg and it should get a pattern on it thats ur charas egg.

you can laso think about where u you will meet ur chara . you should see their egg .also ask their name

 

alsowrite a prayer to them and every night before u go to bed say it its ook if u wisper it.
